How do I enter the draw?
To enter, entrants must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. Purchase any of the following specially marked jar of Nutella from any supermarket in Australia or New Zealand:
• Nutella 400g Jar
• Nutella 750g Jar
• Nutella 1kg Jar; and
• Nutella 1kg Jar double pack (2 x 1kg) (exclusive to Costco retailers)
2. Visit the website www.nutella.com/winsummer and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page. If the page is unavailable, please clear your browsing history and your cache. If the issue persists, contact Ferrero Consumer Service team at consumercare.aus@ferrero.com;
3. Correctly input the requested details including full name, email address, postal address, phone number, and Store of Qualifying Purchase. Details must be true and invalid details can result in prize being forfeited;
4. Upload a copy of your qualifying purchase receipt;
5. Check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy; and
6. Submit the fully completed online entry form.
What do I need to purchase to participate in this promotion?
To be eligible for the chance to win, individuals must purchase any specially-marked, 400g, 750g, or 1kg, 1kgx2 Nutella Jar during the Promotional Period. Specially-marked promotional jars may be available to purchase prior to start date but can only be used to enter the promotion during the promotional period between the 2nd of September and the 27th of October 2024.
You must retain a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase which clearly show the date purchased and a Nutella Jar product.

How can I tell if my entry has been received?
You will receive an on-screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details, acknowledging that your entry has been received.
I made a purchase of the specially marked jar and cannot register?
Unfortunately, entries can only be made during the promotional period. If you are having issues during the promotional period, please contact the Ferrero Consumer Service team at consumercare.aus@ferrero.com.

How do I claim a Prize?
How many times can I enter?
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased in a single transaction; (b) one (1) entry is permitted per person per day; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
When do I need to claim my Prize by?
All Prizes must be claimed by 1:30pm AEDT or 3:30pm NZDT on 10/12/2024.
How will I receive my Prize and How long will it take to receive my prize?
Winners should allow up to fourteen (14) weeks after the end of the promotion for the prize to be delivered. All delivery and contact details must be received in full. Winners will receive their prize by postage delivery, however, there are no guarantees on posting timings due to potential delays with Australia Post.
Do I need to keep my receipt?

Personal details are stored and managed in accordance with our privacy policy at https://www.nutella.com/au/en/privacy-policy on the Nutella website. If you are a prize winner, your name will be published on our website (as mentioned in the promotional terms and conditions).
When is the unclaimed prize draw held?
A draw for any prize/s which are unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date will take place from amongst all nonwinning entries on 10/12/2024 at 2:30pm (AEDT) (4:30pm (NZDT)) at the same place as the original draws. You must ensure you keep your proof of purchase should you be a second draw winner.
How do I know if I have won in the unclaimed prize draw?
In the case of a winner, prize winner/s will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the prize draw and their details published at https://nutella.com/winsummer from 12/12/2024.
