How do I enter the draw?
To enter, entrants must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Spend $15 or more on any participating product from any Woolworths physical or online store and visit the Website and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
- Input the requested details including full name, email address, phone number, and products purchased;
- Upload their Qualifying Purchase receipt;
- Check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy; and
- Submit the fully completed online entry form.
What do I need to purchase to participate in this promotion?
To be eligible for the chance to win, entrants must, in a single transaction, spend $15 or more on any Eligible Products (defined below) at any Woolworths retailer.
The following products are eligible products for the purpose of this promotion:
- Nutella Biscuits 14 Piece Pouch;
- Lavazza Espresso Barista Intenso Beans 1kg;
- Lavazza Espresso Barista Gran Crema Beans 1kg;
- Lavazza Espresso Barista Perfetto Beans 1kg;

How can I tell if my entry has been received?
You will receive an on-screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details, acknowledging that your entry has been received.
I made a Qualifying Purchase and cannot register?
Unfortunately, entries can only be made during the promotional period. If you are having issues during the promotional period, please contact the Ferrero Consumer Service team at consumercare.aus@ferrero.com.
When will the draws be run?

To claim a prize, you must reply to the email received informing you that you have won.
Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.

Winners will be notified in writing within seven (7) business days of the draw via email.

Can I enter more than once on the same day?
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
• Only one entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase regardless of the amount spent on Nutella and/or Lavazza products purchase in that transaction excess of $15;
• Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements;

When is the unclaimed prize draw held?
A draw for any prize/s which are unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date will take place from amongst all nonwinning entries on 17/06/2024 at 3:30pm (AEST) at the same place as the original draws. You must ensure you keep your proof of purchase should you be a second draw winner.
