When does the promotion start and end?
The promotion runs for nine weeks, commencing on the 9th May 2022 at 12:00am AEDST and 02:00am NZST, with final entries closing at 11.59pm AEDST and 09:59pm NZST on the 3rd July 2022. (Promotional Period).
Do I need to be an Australian or New Zealand resident to enter this promotion?
Yes, this promotion is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents.

How do I enter the draw?
To enter, entrants must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:

  1. Purchase any specially marked jar of Nutella from any supermarket in Australia or New Zealand. The lid of each specially marked jar of Nutella will feature a sticker with a scratch panel, which once scratched, will reveal a unique code
  2. Scratch the panel to reveal the Unique Code and then visit www.nutella.com/win and follow the prompts to the promotional entry page.
  3. Correctly input the requested details and the Unique Code;
  4. Upload a copy of your Qualifying Purchase receipt;
  5. Check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy; and
  6. Submit the fully completed online entry form.
What do I need to purchase to participate in this promotion?
To be eligible for the chance to win, individuals must purchase any specially-marked any specially-marked 375g, 400g, 750g or 1kg Nutella Jar during the Offer Period. Specially-marked promotional jars may be available to purchase prior to start date but can only be entered during the campaign period between the 9th of May and the 3rd of July 2022.

Specially-marked promotional Nutella jars will feature one unique code (scratch panel printed on a sticker on the lid). You must retain a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

How can I tell if my entry has been received?
You will receive an on-screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details, acknowledging that your entry has been received.
I made a purchase of the specially marked Nutella jar but the unique code panel is already scratched off?
Contact the Ferrero Consumer Service team at consumercare.aus@ferrero.com and email across a photo of the scratched panel and the team can provide a replacement code.
Where Can I Find My Unique Code?
You can find your unique code by scratching the grey panel on the lid sticker.
I made a purchase of the specially marked jar and cannot register?
Unfortunately, entries can only be made during the promotional period. If you are having issues during the promotional period, please contact the Ferrero Consumer Service team at consumercare.aus@ferrero.com.
How do I claim a Prize?
To claim a prize, you must reply to the email received informing you that you have won.

Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.

When do I need to claim my Prize by?
All Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm AEST on 05/10/2022.
How will I receive my Prize and How long will it take to receive my prize?
Winners should allow up to six (6) weeks after the end of the promotion (03/07/2022). All delivery and contact details must be received in full. Winners will receive their prize by postage delivery.
Can I enter more than one unique code on the same day?
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:

  • Only one entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase;
  • Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements;
  • Only one Unique Code per Entry is permitted;
  • The same Unique Code cannot be used more than once;
  • Unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid
  • A maximum of one entry per person per day is permitted
I entered my unique code on the website, however it was rejected stating that it was an “Invalid Code”?
Please make sure that you haven’t already submitted an entry with that unique code, as codes can only be used once. If you’ve double checked your code carefully and are still experiencing issues, please take a screenshot of the page with the error message and state the unique code that you are trying to enter to consumercare.aus@ferrero.com. A representative from Ferrero will be in touch within 48 hours once we receive this from you.
Do I need to keep my receipt?
You must retain your promotional product receipt/s for all claims as proof of purchase.
Personal details – where do they go? Who sees them?
When is the unclaimed prize draw held?
A draw for any prize/s which are unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date may take place from amongst all nonwinning entries on 31/10/2022 at the same time and place as the original draws. You must ensure you keep your proof of purchase should you be a second draw winner.
How do I know if I have won in the unclaimed prize draw?

In the case of a winner, prize winner/s will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the prize draw and their details published at https://nutella.com.au/win from 31/10/2022.
